Terms and conditions for send messages to Bible to be selected
for the PastelxBible Exclusive Meeting.

1. Pastel’s web application is used to collect points. Go log-in at https://shop.pastelcreative-x8.com/activity/bb/log-in.html register by entering email, once log in you can fill in the code that comes with the PastelxBible inhaler box to start collecting points. The code is also located inside the bundle package of Pastel Inhaler (1 Panel / 6 Pieces). Press “submit” button to initiate the point system.
    

2. Points can be collects through https://www.pastelcreative-x8.com website or through Official Line Account: @PastelCreative (free of charge) under the following conditions.
   
   • To earn points from PastelxBible inhaler box, customers must log-in to the system every time before scanning the QR Code.
   • To earn points from bundle package or individual inhaler items, the items must be within Lot 010/22 and Lot 001/23 production lots only.
      Customers must Log-in to the system and enter the code inside the inhaler package.*The inhaler products other than the specified lots
      will not be able to collect points to participate in the activities with Pastel.
   • Password and QR Code to collect points can only be used only once, cannot be repeatedly scanned or re-enter the code.
    

3. Participate sending the messages to Bible activity: Click icon” PastelxBible Exclusive Meeting”. Your 20 points will be deducted from the number of points you possess.
   
   1: Write down your message to Bible and send messages in topic:
     “What would you like to say to Bible if you attend the PastelxBible Exclusive Meeting?”, then , click submit.
   
   2: By sending the message you will receive a coupon discount worth 20 baht. This coupon can be used to order any product of Pastel with
       minimum of 150 baht or more (per 1 receipt). Use the coupon to order via https://shop.pastelcreative-x8.com only.
      The coupon will be valid from the date that the 20 points have been redeemed until date 30th June 2023 at 23:59 PM (GMT+7).
   
   * The Company reserves the right in its sole discretion to select messages that are creative, design for new generation, not duplicated, concise and not exceed 200 characters, must be in Thai or English (if it is duplicated, the company will consider the message that comes first) and the company’s decision is final
    

4. The message to Bible must be written in Thai or English, limited to 200 characters only.
    

5. Duration of the Activity: from 1st March 2023 at 10.00 AM until 30th April 2023 at 23.59 PM (GMT+7)
    

6. The company reserves the right to select any messages that are creative, impressive, and unique from other messages. (If the messages received are similar, the company will determine and select from chronological order of the messages.) The company’s resolution is considered as final.
    

7. The company will announce the list of selected 530 people who are chosen to join in the Activity on date 8th May 2023 at 17.00 PM (GMT+7) via email and Pastel’s web application (check PastelxBible Exclusive Meeting (E ticket) ). Those who are selected will get an email invitation to attend the PastelxBible Exclusive Meeting activity. The company will announce the seating plan for all 530 participants on 10th May 2023 at 17.00 PM (GMT+7). The seats will be fixed for those who their message has been selected (according to the messages selection process above).
    

8. The selected participants must confirm their eligibility to participate in the activity. They must confirm through Pastel’s web application within date 12th May 2023 at 17.00 PM (GMT+7). to get the E-Ticket (QR code) and the seat number, show in application.
    

9. The final list of selected candidates will be announced on 15th May 2023 at 17.00 PM (GMT+7).  Actual ID card or actual passport, with QR Code (E-Ticket) must be presented at the entrance to verify your identity, then get the wristband to enter the PastelxBible Exclusive Meeting.
       If any selected participant can not verify their identity with the company according to the channels and within the specified date and time above, the company will immediately consider the privilege offers has been waived. Also, if the participant does not confirm the right to receive the wristband in real person on that date, it will be immediately forfeited.
       To verify your identity before attending the PastelxBible Exclusive Meeting activity, the evidence to verify your identity must be the same as used on Pastel's web application. This evidence is used to accumulate points by showing proof of QR Code (E-Ticket) along with the identification card as evidence to collect the wristband for attending the event.
    

10. Points accumulation and redemption in PastelxBible Exclusive Meeting activity will end on date 30th April 2023 at 23.59 PM (GMT+7). Use points to redeem, placing order on any products via online in 5 working days before the 30th  April 2023. This excludes the weekend and public holidays before the giving date.
     

11. Terms and conditions are as specified by the company. The company's decision is final.
     

12. The company reserves the right not to be responsible in all cases. If point accumulation, point redemption, identity verification, and other relevant matters are not in accordance with the terms and conditions set by the company.
     

13. The company reserves the right to change the terms and conditions, and the benefits without prior notice.
    
     

Terms and Conditions for Redeeming Photocards, Line stickers and keychain
 

1. Register as a member and enter the code on Pastel’s pack or scan the QR code at the back of Pastel’s pack /or on the box to collect points (code and QR code can be used for once), via https://www.pastelcreative-x8.com/ or Line Official (freely apply) and please Log-in prior to every point collection. This campaign applies to product lot 010/22 and 001/23 only, the company reserves the rights to decline, or take any responsibility for other product’s lots.
    

2. Redeem 10 points for every 1 Bible photocard OR redeem for Bible Line sticker (the system will deduct 10 points and calculate your remaining points automatically ). The period of point collection and redemption is run from 1st of January till 31st of May 2023.
    

3. Redeem 20 points for every 1 Bible Keychain (the system will deduct 20 points and calculate your remaining points automatically). The period of point collection and redemption is run from 1st of January till 31st of May 2023.
    

4. Take screen shot , or Copy the Code of point collection and send it to our administrator of Line official account: @PastelCreative to receive the Bible Line Sticker
    

5. For Bible Photocards and Keychains inform your name and your shipping address for the Bible photocards and Keychains  deliveries. Shipping fee within Thailand starts from THB 50. The International freight will differ due to each location areas.
    

6. The company reserves the right in its sole discretion to change the Terms and Conditions, the company’s decision is final.
    

7. The company reserves the rights to make any changes and amend any terms and conditions, benefits without prior notices.
