  Pastel pocket inhaler x Bible is a creative design aromatherapy stick with unique soothing scent from ylang ylang essential oil, refreshing and cooling from mental and Pogostemon Cablin (Patchouli),
  can be used as an inhaler on one side and to rub on body on the other side. Come in cool new design with conveniently functioned that you could single-hand use to slide, open and close it.
  So, there’ll be no missing cap! Additionally, tiny hole at the top is designed so it could be used to tie with
  neck silicone lanyard.

  Pastel Pocket Inhaler has 6 colors in total which are blue, pink, grey, navy and the new color: purple

  Pastel Pocket Inhaler has special scent from Ylang-Ylang Essential Oil that give soothing scent and healing, freshens you up with mental, making it cooler and longer. In addition, the use of Patchouli Essential Oil can help relieve stress and improve dizziness

• How to register and collect the points
  By enter the code on each Pastel’s pack or scan the QR code at the back of Pastel’s pack /or on the box to collect points (code and QR code can be used for once), via https://www.pastelcreative-x8.com/ or at the Line Official (freely apply). You can register via your mobile phone or from PC by using your Line application or via the email. And please Log-in prior of every point collection.
   

• What could I redeem using my collective points?
  Your points could be used to redeem the following rewards;
  - 10 points for Bible Line Sticker
  - 10 points for Bible Photocards; there are 5 images for collect-able.
   

• When will this point collection campaign end?
  Point collection campaign starts from the 1st of January till the 31st of May 2023. After 23.59PM on the 31st of May 2023 , all points in the system will be erased.
   

• When will my point get expired and when should I redeem them?
  You can redeem your points until the 31st of May 2023. After 23.59PM on the 31st of May 2023 , all points in the system will be erased.
   

• When do I get the code or QR code for point collection?
  Code and QR code used for register and point collection come with each Panel and the Box set of Pastel Brand Pocket Inhaler.
   

• Do I need to keep the QR code after scanning it?
  Please keep the QR code after you had register or collect the points via website or the Line application as a prove in case of any unexpected problems.
   

• Is it possible to exchange or return the purchased product and how could I do that?
  For product purchased within 7 days of delivery date, an exchange is applicable if the product is returned with the following criteria
  
  1. Please record  a video when unbox the parcel or box set, to provide as documentation to process
    exchange
  2. In case of any products which are manufacturing defected/damaged/missing/ incorrected, it can be
      exchange, This applies to product box set and exclude of postal box.
  3. In case of receive defected photocards and postcards, please contact us via the Facebook page or

• Received product will be exchanged for the same product only. If the product is out of stock, alternative product that is in similar category will be chosen, the company will inform customer prior the exchange process

• All products are non-refundable. The company reserves the right in its sole discretion to change the Terms and Conditions.

• What could I redeem using my collective points?
  Participate sending the messages to Bible activity: Click icon” PastelxBible Exclusive Meeting”.Your 20 points will be deducted from the number of points you possess.
  
  1: Write down your message to Bible and send messages in topic:  “What would you like to say to Bible if you attend the PastelxBible Exclusive Meeting?”, then , click submit.
  
  2: By sending the message you will receive a coupon discount worth 20 baht. This coupon can be used to  order any product of Pastel with minimum of 150 baht or more (per 1 receipt). Use the coupon to order via   https://shop.pastelcreative-x8.com only. The coupon will be valid from the date that the 20 points have  been redeemed until date 30th June 2023 at 23:59 PM (GMT+7).
  
  * The Company reserves the right in its
  sole discretion to select messages that are creative, design for new generation,not duplicated, concise and not exceed 200 characters, must be in Thai or English (if it is duplicated, the company will consider the message that comes first) and the company’s decision is final
   

• Duration of the PastelxBible Exclusive Meeting ‘s Message Activity
  Start on the 1st March 2023 at 10.00 AM till 30th April 2023 at 23.59 PM (GMT+7).
   

• When does the point redemption for PastelxBible Exclusive Meeting end?
  Points accumulation and redemption for PastelxBible Exclusive Meeting activities will end on the 30th  April 2023 at 23.59 PM (GMT+7). Please place your order online 5 working days in advance. Delivery excludes weekends and public holidays to use points to redeem for participating in activities within the given time.
   

• Announcement date for the PastelxBible Exclusive Meeting.
  A total of 530 people who wrote messages via Pastel's Web Application will be chosen to attend the meeting. (Valued at 2,000 baht per seat). The Announcement will happen on the 8th May 2023 at 17.00 PM (GMT+7),
   

• How to confirm the eligibility to participate in the PastelxBible Exclusive Meeting?
  Those who have been selected must confirm their rights to participate in the PastelxBible Exclusive Meeting with the Company via Pastel's web application used to collect points. (See more details on the Point Collection page) by 12th May 2023 at 17.00 PM (GMT+7). Successfully selected candidates will be announced to participate in the PastelxBible Exclusive Meeting on 15th May 2023 at 17.00 PM (GMT+7). Candidates must present their ID card or original passport to the company as proof of identity verification, then receive a wristband before attending the PastelxBible Exclusive Meeting.
   

• What to do if you did not verify your identity on time.
  If the candidates with selected message does not come to verify their identity with the company according to the channels and within the specified date and time, the company will immediately consider that the right has been waived.
   

• Could the reward be transferable?
  The reward is non-transferable. On the day of the PastelxBible Exclusive Meeting, those who have been selected must confirm their right to receive the wristband to attend the event in person only. Otherwise, it will be considered an immediate waiver.
   

• How many people could participate in the Exclusive Meeting?Each selected person gets 1 ticket for 1 seat, can participate in The Exclusive Meeting with Bible. You cannot bring any plus one to the activity unless more than one message of yours has been selected, then additional participants can join in as well by showing up at the event with you and the ticket numbers.
   

• When is the Exclusive Meeting?
